Order process

Sample approval is required before bulk production. MOQ, sample cost, bulk lead time, and shipping method vary by product category, fabric, trims, packaging, and order quantity.

Payment terms

Standard production terms are confirmed per order. Many projects require a deposit before production and balance payment before shipment. Final terms are stated in the quotation or invoice.

Quality control

QC may include fabric review, cutting review, inline sewing checks, measurement checks, finishing, packing verification, and shipment preparation. Client comments should be confirmed before bulk production starts.

Client intellectual property

Client-submitted designs, tech packs, labels, and confidential brand information remain client materials. Chicupup does not publish named client references without permission.

Shipping

Shipping cost and timing depend on destination, order volume, carrier, freight method, and customs requirements. We can help coordinate export documents and shipment preparation.
