Information we collect

When you request a quote, send a sample development brief, share project details by email or WhatsApp, or contact Chicupup, we may collect your name, email, WhatsApp or phone number, company or brand name, target market, product category, estimated quantity, target price, sample deadline, and project messages.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to review your OEM/ODM project, estimate MOQ and timeline, prepare sampling questions, communicate production details, and coordinate labels, packaging, QC, and shipping if your project moves forward.

File and design information

Tech packs, reference images, sample comments, and product specifications shared during follow-up communication are used only to evaluate and produce your project. We do not publish client names, confidential designs, or brand materials without permission.

Data sharing

We may share necessary project details with internal production, sourcing, QC, packing, or shipping team members. We do not sell inquiry data.
